Chronic stress costs U.S. businesses billions each year — and I’ve lived the human side of that statistic.
Before becoming a practitioner, I earned two engineering degrees from Stanford University and worked at a top Silicon Valley law firm, managing patent portfolios for medical device and digital health startups.
I was excelling in my career but constantly overriding what my body needed to keep up. The long hours, chronic stress, and relentless pressure to perform eventually caught up with me. I know firsthand how high-performance environments can impact wellbeing, and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping teams build resilience through the science of nutrition, physiology, and the nervous system.
